This is a comparison of what the points would be for the Curves diet i'm doing - this is very interesting cos I thought it would be way over points considering its mainly meat, cheese and eggs with a moderate amount of carbs.

Temptations resisted: Went to the supermarket, walked past the lollie aisle (good girl). DH went out tonight and DS and I were home alone. I was trawling through the cupboards because I was bored, even though I have all the housecleaning to do, but I was avoiding it!! Oops. Made some poor choices but still stayed under points. I think if I had eaten more during the day I probably would have been able to avoid the cupboard trawling episodes.
